We firmly carry out GB7588-2003 Safety Rules for the Construction and Installation of Lifts, 95/16/EC of EU's Machinery Directive, EN81-1Safety Rules for the Construction and Installation of Lifts, ASME A17.1 Safety Directive for Lift and Escalator, Industry Instruction Rules and Enterprise Standard of Special Types Equipment.
All of our products not own Type Test and Check Certificates and Reports granted by National Institutions, but possess more than 20 international certificates such as CE(Europe), CSA(North America), EK-Mark(Korea). The quality of products is highly approved by several first-rank multinational companies in the elevator industry.
II. Quality Control Procedure
The departments of QC System: Quality Management Department, QC Department and Service Department. Quality Management Department branches: QA Team, Measuring Room; QC Department branches: IQC & IPQC Team, LQC Team, OQC Team, Testing Lab; Service Department: Service Center, On-site Service Team.
Our QC files:FMEA, Process Flowchart, Control Program, Work Instruction, Inspection Standard, Test Plan, Statistical Methods etc. We apply these to CPK Process Capability Index Analysis, the survey and the results’ announcement of R&R measuring tools’ repeatability and reproducibility etc.
III. After-sales Service
We specially set up After-sales Service Center to satisfy clients’ different demands for the support of the installation, use, maintenance and so on about the elevator traction machine etc. We do provide the whole solution and services, including the other cooperated projects with other elevator components companies which are required by the clients. Moreover, we have on-site service team, service network all over China and the agencies scattered in Asia, Middle East, Europe, South and North America.
