安装了试验行程达80M的升降机试验塔，可测试低、中、高速施工升降机，将为升降机核心配件的研发提供完善的技术条件。新产品减速机按照最恶劣工况（满载、43%工作制、运行高度：60m），7X24小时连续运行。确保提供客户可靠产品，减速机必须经过16000次无故障工作循环。通过对新产品研发和产品性能的严格测试，我们将为客户开发出更前沿、更稳定、更高效、更优质的产品，源源不断地为施工升降机事业注入新的活力！

Torin Drive has installed 80-meter-high testing lifter tower with the aim of providing technical support for R&D of the lifter core parts. It can test the construction lifter with low, normal and high speed. Our latest elevator speed reducer can continuously working with 7X24 hours under a condition of fully loaded on the height of 60M by a 43% working system. We must have at least 16000 times of no-failure operation testing to make sure that we can provide the best products to our customers. By the precise design and the performance test, we strive to develop the more stable and effective products for customers and infuse the industry with new energy.

采用两级传动。第一级采用新型螺旋齿轮摩 擦传动，该齿轮副具有噪音低、传动平稳性 与传统蜗轮副一致、减震性好的特点；斜齿 轮转速对振动、噪音的影响比较大，为此将 斜齿轮传动放在第二级。

Two-stage transmission: the first stage takes the new type of spiral gear friction drive. The gear pair has the advantages of lower noise, the stable transmission as the traditional worm gear, the better shock absorption. The second stage takes the helical gearing transmission due to more vibration and noises influenced by the rotate speed of the helical gear.

以SC200 双传动为例，笼重2000kg，载重2000kg，速度33m/min；配置两台13kw 电机，在每天运行时间内的任意1小时间隔内，100% 载荷/20 分钟-50% 载荷/16 分钟-25% 载荷/24分钟—>当量负荷72%，减速机使用寿命高达45000小时；

Take SC200 for example: 2000 kilo weight of cage、 2000 kilo of load、 33m/min of speed; equipped with tow 13Kw motor, running in any one hour, 100% load/20 min、50% load/16 min、 25% load/24min ---> 72% equivalent load, more than 45000h using life of reducer.

齿形啮合设计更合理

More reasonable design for the gear meshing

电动机处于耗电或发电状态，该减速机均能 正常运行，且不受能动方向限制，有效解决市场上采用准双曲齿轮断齿缺陷。

Whenever the motor is in a power consumption or power-on status, the reducer always keeps the normal operation and isn't limited by the direction of rotation. It can effectively solve the break of hypoid gear.

低温升

Low Temperature Rise

减速机在额定负载下，按40% 工作制运行至热平衡时测得的油温。低油温有效延长油封老化时间；全新的轴密封设计理念、独特的控制手段，有效解决市场减速机渗漏油平凡问题。

Running with rated load, the oil temperature is measured according to 40% of the working time. Lower temperature of oil can extend the aging of oil seal; the new design for the sealing of shaft and the unique control system can effectively solve the leakage of oil which happens regularly in the market.
